Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Massachusetts
Veronica’s approach to counseling comes from the understanding that our individual lives are unique with our own temperament, internal motivation, experiences, and external resources but our development across the life span results in very common transitions that, ironically, can make us feel anxious and alone. Counseling is a safe non- judgmental place to process these transitions and develop a healthy sense of self to better improve your connection with others.
