About Cara

Cara Sypher-Sieger is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).  Cara started her career as a Registered Nurse with her Associate Degree in Nursing.  She has worked as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse for over ten years on multiple inpatient units across the country during which time she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UMASS Boston and her Master of Science in Nursing at Boston College.
Cara has experience working with patients of all ages but specializes in working with adolescents and young adults.  With a focus on patient-centered, individualized care, Cara believes that it is important to look at a person from a comprehensive, global perspective.  This focus includes improving mental health through the use of medications, therapy, and lifestyle modifications.  Cara’s goal is to help all patients live their best life.
